• oil as required,
• salt to taste.
• 1 bunch of spinach,
• 1/2 cup chopped modhuxuleng,
• 1/3 tbsp fenugreek seeds,
• 2 green chillies chopped ,
• 1/2 tbsp turmeric,
• oil as required,
• salt to taste.
METHOD
1. sponge down probe pieces in consecutively water. Rub fish pieces with turmeric and salt.
2. clean spinach and chopped it.
3. In a pot, heat lubricate or any edible oil. fry fish pieces. Drain and fulfill aside.
4. In the remaining oil, add up fenugreek seeds. as crackling, include spinach. Add modhuxuleng or chopped tomatoes.
5. Mix well. fry it for 2-3 minutes and top the lid.
6. improve chopped midhuxuleng or chopped tomatoes. Add chopped green chillies.
7. Apply salt. mingle well. And over again cook for 2-3 minutes by covering the lid.
8. Apply 1 cup of water, add fish pieces. Allow to boil.
9. After well boil, now remove from heat.
10. it ready. Serve hot with rice.
