Ingredients needed include:
★ Firm White Fish
★ 4 Large Tomatoes
★ 2 Red Bell Peppers

★ 3 Chilli Pepper
★ Oil
★ Water
★ 2 Small Red Onions
★ 2 Cloves Of Garlic
★ 1 Green Bell Pepper
★ 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
★ Calamari
★ Crab
★ Chopped Basil
★ Salt
★ Maggi Cubes
★ Juice Of Half A Lemon
★ Dried Pepper
★ Thyme
★ Chopped Efinrin.

How To Prepare: First Step.
1. Wash the seafood thoroughly with water.

3. Apply blender, blend the tomatoes, red bell peppers, scotch bonnets and 1 red onion to a smooth paste.

1. Empty the contents of the blender into a pot.
2. Apply heat and boil the pepper mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Chop the other red onion, and finely mince the garlic.
4. Cut the green and yellow bell pepper into julienne strips and keep aside.
5. In a pot, heat up 4 tablespoons of oil and sauté the onions and garlic till translucent.
6. Add the reduced pepper and let it fry till it thickens into a rich tomato stock.

Last Step:
1. Now, apply water, teaspoon of dried thyme and allow to boil.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the bubbling boiling stock, taste for salt and seasoning cube.
3. Re-adjust for taste if necessary.
4. Now add the seafood, lemon juice and all into the boiling pot and lower the heat still it got well Cook.
