  But, before we go much into the topic, i will like to brief on Spinach. So, what is
Spinach?

  Spinach in Assamese is called paaleng haak. Fish curry with spinach is a identical clean but taste probe curry recipe. Ingredients needed include:


★ 4 piece fish
★ 1 bunch of spinach
★ 1 tomato
★ 1/4 tbsp fenugreek seeds
★ 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
★ 2-3 green chillies
★ 2 table spoon of mustard oil
★ Salt to taste.


Method:

1. Rinse fish pieces and rub with salt and turmeric powder. Chop spinach,  tomato and green chilies.
2. In a pan, heat oil, and deep-fry fish pieces. Drain and keep aside.
3. In the outstanding heat oil, apply fenugreek seeds. while crackling, add turmeric powder.
4. Apply tomato, spinach and green chillies.
5. Stir and fry. put salt and 1 beaker of water.
6. Permit to boil.
7. Add up fried fish pieces.
8. Pastry-cook for 5 minutes by top the pan.
9. After okay boil , get rid of from heat.
10. So it  ready to eat. Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
